Office Hours:

Q&A with Sindi Peza, Parter Support

When you need a contract sent, a post to pop, or a partner’s question answered before the coffee’s even kicked in, you call Sindi Peza. She’s the multitasking engine that keeps things moving at Levo, switching from DocuSign to Salesforce to social media with a speed that makes you wonder if she’s secretly got a time machine. And while she’s all about efficiency and accuracy, she’s also known for her 90’s nostalgia, creative flair, and a knack for keeping things upbeat, even when the inbox is stacked high.

Levo: You’re involved in everything from contracts to social media to system integrations. What’s the first thing you tackle when you start your workday?
Sindi: I usually start the day by connecting with team members, outlining the day’s goals and handling any time-sensitive tasks or correspondence. Some mornings, contract requests have already started flowing in before I log on. In those cases, I prioritize contracts first. It sets the pace for the rest of the day and ensures merchants and partners don’t experience unnecessary delays.

Levo: When it comes to working with our business partners, what’s your approach to making sure communication stays clear and productive?
Sindi: I try to keep communication direct, transparent, and proactive. That means setting clear expectations upfront, confirming next steps, and always making sure we’re on the same page. I’ve found that even small updates go a long way toward preventing confusion and meeting mutual goals.

Levo: You’re often the bridge between our sales team, merchants, and partners. What’s one thing you’ve learned about keeping everyone on the same page?
Sindi: Clear communication is key. It’s about making your needs known while also being aware of the needs of others – whether that be team members, merchants, or partners. The best results come when everyone feels informed and aligned on the same goal.

Levo: Contracts are such a critical part of our process. What steps do you take to make sure a merchant gets their paperwork out quickly and correctly?
Sindi: Contracts are priority number one. Once a contract request comes in, I pause other tasks and focus entirely on preparing them to ensure that merchants and partners receive them in a timely manner. Accuracy and timeliness are equally important, so I triple-check before sending so that our merchants, partners, and internal departments have what they need.

Levo: For merchants who want a fast turnaround on their docs, what’s your number-one piece of advice?
Sindi: Documentation, documentation, documentation! To generate a contract quickly, we need complete and accurate documents upfront – like a valid driver’s license, applications for all owners, a valid voided check, contact information etc. If everything is submitted at once, contracts can go out almost immediately because we don’t have to pause to request missing items.

Levo: You also handle some of our marketing and social media posting—how do you decide what kind of content our audience will connect with most?
Sindi: The first step is deciding who our audience is. This varies from post to post. Sometimes we’re speaking to merchants, other times we’re connecting with partners. Once that’s clear, I lean on my marketing background and collaborate with our team to create content that’s educational, informative, and easy for our audience to connect with.

Levo: What’s one marketing win you’re especially proud of, big or small?
Sindi: I’m especially proud of the infographics we’ve created that offer insight into the MCA industry. It’s a space not everyone is familiar with, and giving newcomers an easy, visual way to understand what we do has been a big win. Seeing that content spark curiosity and engagement feels rewarding.

Levo: You’ve been part of Salesforce integrations for us. What’s been the most rewarding part of streamlining our systems?
Sindi: While the process wasn’t without challenges, it has been so rewarding seeing how much time and effort we save as a team. When repetitive tasks become automated and data is easier to track, it frees us up to focus on higher-value work.

Levo: You’re our resident 90’s enthusiast. Which decade trend would you bring back in a heartbeat, and which one can stay buried forever?
Sindi: Platform shoes and funky hair styles are here to stay, OBVIOUSLY. Maybe bury those neon windbreakers?

Levo: Walk us through a typical email load in a day—how do you prioritize which messages need your attention first?
Sindi: We get so many emails every day but its all about finding a rhythm! I monitor each incoming email. If it requires immediate attention, like a contract request, I take care of it right away. For less urgent items, I make sure to circle back before the end of the day, so nothing gets overlooked.

Levo: Our business partners rely on us for accuracy and speed. How do you keep your workflow efficient without sacrificing quality?
Sindi: Organization is everything. I keep a running list of priorities, double-check documents before sending, and use system tools to streamline repetitive tasks. It’s about balancing speed with attention to detail, moving quickly, but never at the expense of accuracy.

Levo: What’s the most common mistake merchants make when sending in their documents, and how can they avoid it?
Sindi: The most common mistake I see is missing, incomplete, or incorrect information on the application and the contract. These may seem small, but they can slow the process down. My advice is to double-check everything before submitting and ensuring documents are filled out to the best of their abilities. Accuracy upfront means a much smoother, faster process down the line.

Levo: You’ve got a knack for bringing personality to your work. How important do you think that is when building relationships in business?
Sindi: Building strong relationships, both internally and externally, is everything. Being yourself helps humanize the process. It shows people there’s a real person on the other end who cares about their success. That personal touch builds trust, and trust is the foundation of any good business relationship. And if it puts a smile on someone’s face even better!

Levo: If you had to sum up your role in a single sentence, what would it be?
Sindi: My role is to bridge the gap: connecting people, processes, and priorities so business flows without roadblocks.

Imagine what we can do.
Let’s grow together.
